Still building.
Still becoming.
From Myanmar to Bangkok. From mobile apps to AI products. A few chapters from my journey.
Start my story
Starting with a real app
During my mobile development internship, I worked on the Innocence Baby e-commerce app. I helped redesign interfaces and optimize application code, with a focus on performance and user experience.
This is the first professional chapter in my development journey.
Building across platforms
At Nexus Hub, I built Flutter interfaces for Android, iOS, and Windows. I led development for Zeus Myanmar and Piggy Back, and worked on the KNK Myanmar Windows e-commerce app.
Alongside this work, I completed my Honors Diploma in Information Technology at NIIT in April 2022.
Building for everyday transactions
My next chapter was in fintech. At Grumman Holdings, I led mobile development for Northern Credit, working on accounts, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
I also built GX Markets trading interfaces, bringing live currency rates, historical data, and charts into mobile apps.
A moment outside the code
In September 2023, I spoke at Myanmar Technopreneur Academy to around 30 developers. I shared practical work on Flutter architecture, state management, and backend integration.
A new chapter in Bangkok
I joined General Magic in Bangkok as a Software Engineer and Team Lead. My work expanded into AI products, Python integrations, and connected robotics.
I led Flutter development for Magick Box, worked on its AI video workflows, and built mobile controls for the Matji robot. The work connected app interfaces with AI services and physical hardware.
My previous chapter also needed a careful handover. From April to July 2024, I continued remote handover and new-hire training for Grumman Holdings.
One decision, a shorter wait
For Magick Box, I changed independent chat preparation tasks to run concurrently. The safety check still had to pass before calling the generative model. Our recorded checks showed answers starting approximately 0.9 seconds sooner on warm requests and 1.5 seconds sooner on cold requests.
Building things of my own
I published two Flutter packages: cote_network_logger, for inspecting network requests, and genui_x, for connecting AI backends to Flutter interfaces.
I also built Thura, an independent web app for managing products and customers and creating branded receipts.
Not every project needs to keep growing. In September 2026, I chose to keep genui_x in quiet maintenance and make room for other work.
Connecting what I learn.
I keep an Obsidian second brain to connect ideas, record what I learn, and return to problems with better questions.
In July 2026, I built search over selected learning notes to practice retrieval, tracing, and evaluation. One test taught me to look more carefully at how I measured results: a retrieved note could answer the question correctly even when the answer key expected a different note.
For my writing, I want to share what I actually did and learned. That is the kind of story I want to tell here, too.
Illustrative map
Still becoming
I'm continuing my BSc in Information Technology while working toward a deeper understanding of AI systems architecture.
My next direction is to understand more of the whole system: its data, how it runs, how to measure it, and how to make sound decisions about it.
There is more to learn, more to build, and more to share.
